Thank you for shopping with Print Atelier. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Made to Order
All of our prints are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product before ordering, please don't hesitate to contact us at contact@printatelier.co.uk — we're always happy to help.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a replacement under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To be eligible, please contact us at contact@printatelier.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or fault
- A brief description of the issue
Once we have reviewed your claim we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. We do not require you to return the damaged item.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at contact@printatelier.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf. If your order is confirmed as lost we will send a replacement free of charge.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Print Atelier is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
Cancellations
As all orders go into production quickly, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at contact@printatelier.co.uk as soon as possible if you need to cancel. After 24 hours we are unable to cancel or modify orders as production will have already begun.
Refund Processing
In the rare event that a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect this in your account.
