Processing & Production Time

 

All of our prints are made to order. Because of this, production and shipping can take approximately 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest print quality.

Packaging

 

We take great care in preparing your order. All prints are carefully and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping & Tracking

 

All orders are shipped with tracking information. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Customs & Import Fees

 

We cover all applicable fees on our side of the shipment. However, please note that some countries may charge customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any additional customs fees requested after the parcel reaches your destination country.

Responsibility After Shipment

 

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or issues that occur during transit. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the courier.
