Q: Are frames included? A: Frames aren't included — we want you to have the freedom to choose a frame that suits your space perfectly. We recommend IKEA's Rödalm or Vissevass frames as affordable options that look gorgeous with our prints!
Q: What paper do you use? A: We use premium matte photographic paper for all our prints. For larger sizes (16x24 and 20x28) we may use canvas paper for the best quality finish.
Q: What sizes do you offer? A: Our prints come in a range of sizes from 6x4 up to 20x28. You can select your preferred size on each product page.
Q: Are the prints good quality? A: We're really proud of our print quality — vibrant colours, premium paper, and sharp detail. Check out our customer photos on Instagram @printatelieruk to see them in real rooms!
📦 Ordering & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take? A: Most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks. International orders may take a little longer depending on your location and local customs processing.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes — we ship worldwide!
Q: Will I need to pay customs fees? A: Some international orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country's regulations. These are set by your local customs office and unfortunately are outside of our control. We're unable to predict or cover these charges.
Q: How do I track my order? A: Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions about your order status feel free to DM us on Instagram or email contact@printatelier.co.uk or printatelieruk@outlook.com.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns? A: As all our prints are made to order we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. If you're unsure about a size or print please feel free to message us before ordering — we're always happy to help!
Q: What if my order arrives damaged? A: We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at contact@printatelier.co.uk with a photo of the damage within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a replacement straight away.
Q: What if my order hasn't arrived? A: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe please get in touch and we'll look into it for you.

Q: Can I request a custom print? A: Yes! Head to our Custom section on the website or DM us on Instagram @printatelieruk with your idea and we'll do our best to make it happen.
