⭐️Product Information

Q: Are frames included?

A: No, frames are not included. We want to give customers the freedom to choose a frame that best suits their space or leave the prints frameless.
However, this is an idea we are considering for the future :)

Q: What paper do you use?

A: We use premium matte photographic paper for our prints. For some sizes, mainly 16x24 and 20x28, we may use canvas paper :) 

📦Ordering & Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide!!

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Most orders arrive in 2-3 weeks. International shipments may take slightly longer due to customs processing.

 

Q: Will I need to pay customs fees for my order?

A: Some international orders may be subject to customs fees, depending on your country’s regulations. If applicable, your local customs office will contact you to arrange payment. The fee (if any) is typically small and not charged by us. 
Note: Not all orders incur fees, and this is beyond our control. Unfortunately we cannot predict or cover these charges. 

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Because our prints are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, we have not had any return requests so far!! Yay

 

Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

A: If your order arrives damaged beyond repair, please contact your shipping courier as we are not responsible for your order after it leaves our facility. We never ship our orders damaged or with missing items, so the couriers will cover the cost of the items damaged or lost. :)
